2. When will my items be shipped?

We will ship your items as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We ship via USPS. 

3. Can I download my digital song or album directly to my phone? 

No, we send zip files. You will need to access them directly from a computer not a mobile device or tablet.
